Corporation Tax

Please, can somebody tell me where I can find the following:

Rates of Corporation Tax:
Federal
Cantonal
Comune (Municipal)

Template/Computation for Calaculation:
i.e. I understand that Comune Tax is calculated after deduction of Federal tax etc etc.

Negotiating Swiss Corporation Tax Rates
I still do not understand that one can negotiate lower rates of Corporation Tax with your Canton and Comune but just can't find anything on this.
Do I just walk into the tax office and tell them I have a company in the UK making X and would be paying Corporation Tax in total at 30%; what can you do for me?

Re: Corporation Tax

I have two suggested sources for your questions.

1. Visit the tax office at your local city hall. The same people you turn your
tax forms into each year.

2. Especially if you are interested in starting a company in Switzerland, get
an accountant. Instead of trying to figure out all the ins and outs of taxes,
simply pay someone that know them already to do it for you. In the long
run you same time and money.

The second suggested source should know all the answers.

The idea is to negate the Tax in the UK.
I am totally sick of paying Tax in the UK that is squandered by the UK government.

No, I am not sure.

What I am looking for is some kind of template where I can work out the Corporation Tax (Federal, Canton and Comune).
It cannot exactly be difficult can it?
I can knock one up in Excel if I know all the Ct rates and know what has to be deducted etc etc.

Only the low tax cantons are interesting. Those are AI, OW and ZG. You can phone them and ask about their tax rates.

Here is the xls for OW:

Here is a comparison of ZH with various Cantons in Central Switzerland:
