This forum has been always helpful to understand the legal issues and I am currently having few questions regarding AHV and other social security deductions which I know have been covered here and I also found one document with complete explanation but could not find some other post with personal feedback on following

- AHV contribution percentage : what is the AHV contribution I read it is 5.01% employee + 5.01 of employee's. What if employee deduct more then this amount.
- What is ALU contribution. how much is the contribution
- What is AV contribution what percentage.

- Can employer deduect more then 5.01% of this AHV and aprox 1.5% each ALU and AV

- Is there any legal website mentioned ALV,AV contribution percentage. Can this percentage change from canton to canton.

- Did anyone ever got this amount refund I have been working here since last 3 years and contributed all above for 3 years. I read in the document that minimum 12 month contribution is necessary if you want to get is back while parmanently leaving switzerland.

- While requesting the AHV statement I have recieved empty statement twice and it does not show any balance. any suggestion on this ?

- is there any way to get contribution details for ALU, AV other then AHV.

I am leaving switzerland permanently in next month and I would like to work these out before leaving.

Your AHV statement is empty? That sounds bad. Something has gone wrong. Either your employer did not register you with the AHV. Or the SVA did not book your contributions correctly. Ask your employer and also contact the SVA.
