self payment of AHV and tax??

Hi Guys hopefully you can help me out here, I had a quick look but couldn't really find any information.

I am living in Basel with a B-Permit, I got let go from my job in Basel on the 7th of May and I registered with the RAV on the 10th May my 1st meeting with them in friday the 21st May.

Anyway in the mean time I've been looking for a job and I got accepted for one in another country in Europe. It's a 3 month contract and they pay me directly. My question is how do I go about paying AHV and Tax on my earnings for this job in Switzerland. They won't be taxing me or deducting any social contributions so obviously I want to do this myself in Switzerland.

Will it be a case that I have to wait and pay it at the end of the year or is there other ways I can do it?

I leave for this job on Wednesday so would like to sort it before then. And obviously I will tell the RAV office that I have found a job

Contact your local AHV to obtain the "self employed" status.

You will be taxed on your net income after deducting travel and other costs.
