We are a hotel based in Kenya and Looking for a way to recover a debt from a tour operator based in Switzerland
I would be very grateful if anyone on this form could point out the procedure for doing this and possibly refer us to a debt collection agency

It will not be cheap, do not expect to retain 100% of the funds if you use
such an agency. I use Intrum Justitia. I am out of the studio right now
thus do not have access to my files for their URL. Google for a website.
