How do I unblock my postfinance card?

Hi all,

Stupidly, I entered my pin wrong 3 times with my postfinance card (it's new), and now the card is blocked, so I can't sort anything out with my card at the moment via the internet... or use it at all.

I am currently in the UK, and will not be back in Switzerland for at least 2months, but need to sort it out soon because I'm under 0 becuase I haven't put anything in to it yet, and they charge per year and don't want to getting charges whilst I'm not even there!

Does anybody knnow how to sort this out without going into SwissPost??

I know this is for E-finance. Might be worth it to call about the Postfinance Card issue.

You do not have to go to Swisspost. You need to get their contact info from their homepage, call them, they will ask you a few security questions and then will un-block it.
