Hello, does anybody know where to get tax refunds for shopping in France? I used to go to the French custom at the French side of the Basel station (I live in Basel) in order to get the stamp on the tax refund form. But in the last two weeks, nobody was there.

I would also like to hear any replies please. I had a sofa delivered in December from a furniture store in France, before delivery, I was asked to pay almost 200 euros VAT and told I could obtain a refund. How??????
