I use Credit Suisse in Switzerland, Barclays in the UK and one of these when i'm in the Eurozone...

Be aware that the maestro card that you get with many Swiss accounts may not work everywhere - I have had troubles in Italy, France and Israel at various times and places. So you might also like to get a VISA or Mastercard card to use for purchases and bills as they are very widely accepted (I think cash withdrawals attract interest from the day of withdrawal though)
