Someone with those salary options should be savvy enough to know that only a professional tax advisor would be of any use as well as have sufficient grasp on reality to not ask that sort of question in a forum. If they don't, they are either seriously overpaid for their level of common sense or a joker.
I've always liked Kittster and her wisdom. So, are you still single?

Yes, ok, I still don't understand what kind of skill/talent would be worth that much.
I was thinking along the lines of a suicide bomber. They give you three years in the dough and then you pay back spectacularly.

I reckon Hamas pays a lot less than that though.

What tosh! He earns quite well, and I don't think one can assume in any way business savvy.

Good questions. Firstly, there are almost certainly brain surgeons, cancer specialists and god-knows cosmetic surgeons who earn well in excess of 3M USD a year. Rocket Scientists don't because they make rockets ...and well... yeah.
Remember that rockets can be used to blow brain surgeons to bits, whereas brain surgeons only have their scalpels to throw back. So really salaries ought to be the other way around ...

Yes, and I'd like it to stay that way. Unless you earn 3 million a year and allow me to have three Norwegian Forest Cats named Bomber, Antoine and Winston. I'll make sure you get good tax advice and that your fridge is always stocked with your wildest food dreams in return. Might even make an effort with my appearance, if it doesn't infringe on teaching the cats circus tricks too much.

Remember, the person paying the wages is selfish and so wants to pay the person as little as possible. 3M is the lowest amount he/she could get away with paying so it's likely they're worth a lot more (in monetary terms).
Yes, but a bit contradicory don't you think.

The person paying the wages is basically saying, you're worth 3M but I'm too cheap to get a consultant in for an hour or so to sort out your tax queries.

Strange attitude I'd say.

I can't actually most are falling for this trick...I mean it is rather unlikely that this is for real. Who with the potential to earn such money would consult a public forum..ask some questions around what it is they might be doing etc etc...

A simple yes would suffice but then reciting the dictation about female liberation is also OK by me, Kittster dah-ling.

A plastic surgeon once said, I have all this money but I still can't buy an extra 15mins to be with my wife. So which would you take 3mil or 15mins?

Nope, I bet they will in fact pay for, or at least refer her to, a consultant.
