Save yourself a lot of leg work and use the Comparis Mortgage Market. It costs CHF 290 and if you take up any of the offers your CHF 290 is refunded. The fee is just there to weed out the timewasters, but trust me you will save money and you can even use the offers received to leverage better deals. It worked for me with UBS, they undercut my best offer in the mortgage market.
