Does anybody have recommendation on currency exchange / conversion ?

I am looking to change Swiss Francs as I am going on Holiday in a few weeks,

Where can I get the most for my money ?.

If you know anybody who has a permanent job at one of the banks you should be able to get a better rate through one of them.
