The best bank for just arrived person

Hi, everybody! Does somebody know which bank is the best one for a just arrived person? Is there some tricks of caching money (like commission), transfer speed, commission for money transfers to other countries? Which has the best English speaking customer support (yes, i don not speak German at the moment for a pity)?

You can open an account at Post offices here in Switzerland. It's simple chip and doesn't seem bureaucratic.

That's what I did on arrival 9 years ago and it's still the only account I have here. Very happy with them!

I think Credit suisse is good although the charges of transferring money from Swiss to other countries are too much.... and sometimes the maintenance charges are also high...but the overall facility is good...
