VAT return on way back from US
I am visiting US and would buy some electronics items like laptop and camcorder from Amazon , any idea on how to get the VAT back and pay a lower swiss VAT(I assume 7.6%).

US has a VAT nowadays?

If you mean (state) sales & use tax, I'm not sure whether that is refundable, but I think not.

I dont know if US has a VAT or not , the intention is to get some money back on the purchase if possible
