E-banking fee (German bank to Swissbank)

I have bought an item from a guy in Germany through Ebay so paid full via E-banking to receive the item.
But the seller tried to charge more for delivery, which was not stated when I made a bid initially. So I complained and decided to cancel the transaction. He accepted to pay my money back only to a German bank account or Paypal one. But I have none of them. So i asked him to pay to my Swissbank account but he refused saying the fee is too high.

Any idea what to do next?

Howdy
