lowest international transfer fees

Hello,
I'm sorry if this has already been answered... I've tried the search function but get no results (maybe because I'm a new user).
Anyway, I've gotten my head around the taxes I'll be paying... now I have to get a bank account so I can be paid. I'm indifferent to the tiny percentage any of the banks will pay on my account but as I need to transfer money to the US, UK and Germany on a regular basis, I want to find the cheapest transfer fees. Has anybody already done this research and can recommend a bank?

EU countries - Google / search this forum for SEPA.

Try PostFinance.
