Kale in Geneva

Hi - does anyone have any idea where I can buy some KALE in Geneva? I've tried everywhere, including the organic stores but no luck.

I'm trying to do a juice diet for a few days and this seems to figure alot of the receipes, I could always supplement spinach but wanted to try the original receipes.

I saw that Kale is "chou frisé" but when I bought some chou frisé in Manor, it turned out just to be cabbage

Cheeers,
M

Kale (or Grunkohl or indeed "chou frisé") is not really in season yet here - check again in October. Or maybe it's not posh enough for Geneva

Re: Kale in Geneva

When you cannot find 'specialist' vegetables, go to a city street market, usually in all Swiss cities on a weekday and on Saturdays. Ask at a food stall selling vegetables, and you can usually order them when they are in season. Pick them up and pay for them the following Saturday.
