Anybody know where I can get things like kuzu and other "weird" food/cooking things used in Macrobiotic diets? I'm from the US and am having a hard time finding a lot of the ingredients i was using before i came here.

You could probably go to cafes /restaurants where they serve macrobiotic food. They might be keeping these stuffs to sell as well. You could also check at some exclusive bio-products shop.

i didn't even think of the restaurants having stuff. thanks!

For kuzu, maybe Asian/Japanese food stores?
