You'd think I'd know....but I don't....

Not especially a fan (the name comes from somewhere else) but I'd like to buy something nice now that - post pregnancy - my OH can eat it again.

Is it possible to find good, ethically sourced caviar, or is it always a trade off between "good" and "right"?
