| Globus stocks the mini marshmallows in Lausanne, you'll probably be able to find them in Zurich. Let us know how you go? | |

At the end resulted to have the home made version:
- 900ml tub of Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate ice cream - it also got chunks of dark chocolate pieces

(Coop)
- half a bag almonds, semi crushed, some big chunks too (Coop)
- quarter bag of coconut shavings (Coop)
- quarter bag of mini marshmallows (Jelmoli)
Thaw ice cream until really soft, but not completely liquid. Pour into tupperware, 1 litre or larger to make room for other ingredients. Of course, you can just spoon some ice cream into your mouth to make room in the original tub

. Mix in almonds, marshmallows and coconut. Make sure they are evenly distributed, and also taste to ensure right amounts of ingredients
If you have any left, back into the freezer. After a few hours you got first class rocky road ice cream. The missus will surely be impressed
