I have people coming around. I can't find restaurants on the internet who cater also for customers with food allergies (e.g. Gluten/fructose).

A word of mouth might be more helpful. Do you know any in the area of Zug/Lucerne/Zurich?

Tibits has a buffet in which every food is accompanied by a label listing its allergens.

Also the Spaghetti Factory in the Niederdorf will do gluten free pasta with advance notice.

I've never been here but there was a report about it on the news the other night: http://www.miyuko.ch/les_gourmandises/. It is a French/Japanese tearoom () that does vegan, gluten and lactose free stuff. Looks interesting if you're out and about in Zürich.
