Actually, it runs from the 3rd - 17th November.

We went on Saturday around 1pm and it was lovely and quiet - the rest of Zurich seemed to be shopping and only poured in around 4pm. By that time, we were suitably merry after discovering many little gems of Swiss vineyards and stocked our cellar for the next year!
If there are any fans of Riesling, pop over to the Zweifel stand (the Swiss wines one) and ask for the Riesling Silvaner Remingen. Won the best Riesling in Switzerland this year and for 14chuffs a bottle, its very yummy.

| Just arrived yesterday in Zurich. How does this event work? Do you pay an entrance fee and if so how much? Once you are in do they charge per taste or anything like that? We're used to the pay one price for entrance and that's the only cost. However, a visit to Canada was quite different. Free admission but pay different prices based on which wines you tasted. | |

20CHF will get you in and its free to try any wines that catch your fancy. Being charged per tasting is for the whisky ships which will happen soon as well (oh-oh).
