I'm vegetarian, attempting to eat more protein and am heartily sick of Tofu. Though any ideas on how to make tofu more palatable will be gratefully accepted and implemented!
On a serious note, though, being it an Indonesian thing, I would guess it is available in one of the Asian stores Swisspea took us to. Maybe you can join on the next one
I have found it on occasion at the Asian food shop in the HB. It isn't always there and doesn't always look too great. Their tofu, though, is great, especially if you are buying tofu at migro or coop. If they don't have any (look in the refrigerated section on the left on the back wall), just ask - they are really helpful.
I was also looking for tempeh and I couldn't find it at some asian store in Vaud area. A friend of mine told me that I should check a bio shop. And, I got it from bio shop in Romanel Sur Lausanne. They have ready stock tempe in a can and for fresh tempe I have to order it at least 1 day before I can pick it up.
