Where to buy food flavoring?
My wife and I are looking for food flavoring,... not exactly sure they're called that, we're looking for this kind of thing:
http://www.mydukandietshop.co.uk/300...ood-flavouring
Is there any place in Zürich (or in Switzerland, if they do deliveries) that sells these?

I haven't seen anything like those in the link you have in Zurich at all, only the regular essences in the baking section (all 3 of them
).

Pardon my ignorance - but what are these actually good for?
If all else fails, I'd ask here:
http://www.givaudan.com/
They probably know who they are selling to.

Re: Where to buy food flavoring?
Vanilla flavour - use vanillla pods.
Chocolate flavour - use cocoa powder (but not too much).
Lemon flavour - (you're going to love this one ) use lemon. 12 calories per lemon!
The lemon flavouring you want contains: Sunflower oil, flavouring preparations, natural antioxidant.
Yum, yum.
I'm trying not to be condescending here but you lot make me laugh.
If you're worried about the calories then what the hell are you flavouring? Cardboard?
