I haven't seen anything like those in the link you have in Zurich at all, only the regular essences in the baking section (all 3 of them ).

If you are looking for flavoured essence it is available in Barkat in Wedikon.

I got pinapple,vanilla,rose,almond essence for flavouring certain desserts...

Vanilla flavour - use vanillla pods.

Chocolate flavour - use cocoa powder (but not too much).

Lemon flavour - (you're going to love this one ) use lemon. 12 calories per lemon!
