Has anyone seen any in Switzerland?



Note that they are not the same as spring roll wraps, which are thinner. They are closer in texture to wonton wrappers, but bigger.

Egg rolls are not, I suspect, an authentic Chinese dish, but they are standard "Chinese food" in Canada.

It's probably a lost cause, and I'll have to try making them myself from scratch, but I thought I would put it out there.

I know there are several types in the freezer section of New Asia Market in Basel, but I'm not aware of the fine distinction you make, so can't be sure they're what you want.

I do know that as the only place I can get the little pancakes for crispy duck, which are a different thing again.

I think I have seen these in the import section of Coop (different brand, the bigger coops that is).
