German recipe sites?

Hey everyone! I usually use allrecipes.com for all my cooking needs. I'm wondering if any of you have a favorite German language recipe site. I'm looking to make Christmas cookies with Lebkuchengewürz today or tomorrow. I would also like to know what you use for day to day recipes as well Thanks

Re: German recipe sites?

Nigella has a great recipe for Christmas cookies that can be used as tree ornaments as well. I thought they tasted fantastic, and I used Lebkuchengewürz for the ground spice.

My two year old loved putting the icing on them as well and they looked very pretty on the tree as well as in the cookie assortments we handed out.

It's not in German though, obviously!

Awesome, thanks a lot for your quick replies! Exactly, I also wanted to make some nice decorations and cookies with my 1 1/2 year old. He's finally at an age where Christmas gets interesting

Quick German Recipes has no particular reputation at present
Re: German recipe sites?

Lebkuchen -- yes, it's time for Christmas baking.

The following recipe is great because it's backed in a pan and then cut into cookies. It's great fun for the kids to help decorate.

Hope you enjoy getting ready for Christmas with this and other treats that are so traditional at this time of year.
