Hi there, I use the paste or jar of the hot Horseradish but have a recipe that advises freshly grated Horse Radish
Do they sell it here in CH (im in Lugano) if so whats the name in Italian if possible ( ? rafano) and any idea where to buy

It is rafano and near Basel (which is no help) it is pretty easy to find In France. Best get a picture so you know what it looks like. I didn't know until I googled it last year.
