Seriously, that much for a cookbook? Consider me "dubious"

Oh wait, I have already been considered dubious.

No, we were visiting Bern 2 days ago and I tried it there. I googled the recipe and couldn't find anything that seemed to match the way they made it.

Considering it is full of recipes for foods they serve with intention to profit, I'd not be surprised at such a price but afaik, it doesn't cost quite that much.

It IS in their recipe book though, along with lots of other very tasty recipes, it wouldn't be a bad idea to pick on up, or ask Santa to bring one for you for Christmas. (Barring that, look for "Kokos-Ananas Tiramisu Recipt" online, maybe someone posted it somewhere)

Re: Tibits tiramisu

I guess you are looking for this one (sorry in German):

100g g Löffelbiskuits
100 ml Kokosmilch
160 g Ananasfruchtfleisch
3 EL feiner Rohrohrzucker
250 g Mascarpone
50 ml Vollrahm
5 EL feiner Rohrohrzucker
1 Bourbon-Vanillestange
