Filet Im Teig - Receipe

Does anyone have a receipe and tips on how to prepare the Filet Im Teig, please?

I have tried this last year in a restaurant and was delicious!!
I have searched the web but all receipes are posted in German. My German is basic and the translated version doesn't always make sense.

Thank you much!!

If you want it in English, try looking up "beef wellington".
