As I've received a number of PM requests for the PDF's I'll put them into this thread as an attachment for anyone to use.

The first is the one I spoke of in the pulled pork thread.

The second one is only in English but it shows cooking methods recommended for each cut

The third is the one I found that has multiple language translations for the cuts and a diagram that is matched by number to the name of the cuts.

I have not checked nor do I vouch for the translations. I've used the German translations in the first chart when I lived in Frankfurt and found they worked.

excellent, thank you. Not all cultures however butcher their animals in the same way - as in the Italians make different cuts than the English do, which means the expressions don't often correspond 100%
