Copha substitute - any ideas
Hi,
I am looking to find copha over here or maybe someone might know of a substitute that I could use instead of it?
Any ideas?
Thanks

ASFAIK Copha is an australian brand of coconut fat. You will find coconut fat in any store. Look for "Kokosfett". If I remember well Migros sells it as "Suprema" and other shops as "Palmin".
