I happened to see some at the reformhaus next to Barkat at wiedikon. I havent checked Barkat itself though

You can find teff flour in many organic food stores (reformhaus). I've seen it in Egli at the Zurich HB and in Bern, and at the Muller Reformhaus and Vital Punkt in Baden.
