You can find at Jelmoli and Globus supermarket in the ethnic food section. Another good place to look for it is the Asian shops (the one the HB used to have it). Coop might have it, either as Fine Food product, or in the ethnic section, but I am not sure about it.

on Josefstrasse there is a huge Turkish grocery store type thingie. They have it.

We've got it in the coop.... in a blue glass bottle in the cakes section.... you need one of those "big" coops though.

I have seen rose essence in little bottles in the cake baking supply section of the migros at the Basel SBB, so I presume they same shops sell them elsewhere in the country as well.
