Cuts of meats?

Hi All, i am a busy mum who is an average cook and an appalling german speaker...can it get worse? Can anyone please tell me what "schweins nierstueck" is and any suggestions how to cook this easily. I know its pork but I'm really not sure what bit or how to cook it....

Also, is there an internet site that gives cookery translations for cuts of meat?

I know that Wikipedia also shows the different cuts in different languages. You could compare them once the English site is up again.
Here's the German one for beef:

Schweinsnierstück get's usually used for roasts, I think. I also use it for "Schnitzel" or stew.
