We don't usually delete threads with info in. Had this been posted in Jobs Offered (where it perhaps belonged) it would now be closed. However, as it is in Food and Drink and someone else might fancy the idea too, could you let us know what you decided on?

I checked the internet for recipes and will go the "do it yourself route"
