I have only seen it at groceries over the border in France, and it is pretty exorbitantly expensive for a small bottle.

Here is a recipe to make your own; pretty much just mayo combined with sour cream or buttermilk and some spices.

We usually bring back powder packets from the states and then mix with sour cream when in need. Easy to transport, always on hand in the house, not too heavy in the suitcase

The closest I came to is the Migros french yogurt dressing. You can also use it as a basis and add some mayonnaise.
