I have 3 bottles of imported Sarsons in my larder, but unfortunately my attempts at making fat, chip shop chips has so far failed so they remained unopened

I can recommend the Heston triple cook method for making great chips, I have done it a number of times .. they come out really great, admittedly not what you get from chip shop but in for me they are pretty damn good
