i myself being a member of the forum look every now and than on this page and am thankful for the critical judgment of our food and service. well we try to serve the best quality food, quite funny that someone is suspicious because the meat is tender, perhaps the only difference that i can imagine is that we only use chicken leg meat for our dishes as it is tender and juicy instead of the white meat which dries up pretty fast!

Thanks for your intelligent and helping critics!

Hi,

Many thanks for coming on here and answering the feedback. Apologies if I sounded doubtful . . . . overly tender chicken in the UK is often a sign that the bird is not free range - it has not had a chance to develop muscle. Could you tell us a bit more about your chicken sourcing?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info about chicken leg which proves to me that mum was right with her absolute preference for the leg-meat of chicken. Amazing !

You let the secret out! I agree, it was excellent. If you get an invite, do not refuse. Chicken, lamb, prawns, dahl and about 10 more things. Yummm!

Re: The best Indian curry in Zurich?

There's a new Indian restaurant in Horgen opposite Horgen Oberdorf station. The food is excellent but we have found the service a little on the slow side.

The pictures are from the bar, the restaurant is nothing like that. I think most nights the bar is nothing like that too.

You speak about the owner ? If so, while his cooking is 100% Indian, he himself possibly only is 50% Indian. Why not ?
