yes that's a nice website, good source if someone one day will expand the wikipedia pages about swiss cuisine lol

A nice WEBsite, but you cannot even find ZüRIGSCHNETZLETS. And the Gugelhopf is NOT given under Schaffhausen but only under BASEL


The HAMME is under-work, the ZOPF only explained in French


the SEMMELI are explained as Büürli, which is totally wrong


drinkable things are not covered at all --- and Emmentaler, which ought to be shown under BERN is shown under a dozen Cantons


All in all, just a Baaasler Conspiracy
