Food and drink festivals in Switz and surrounds

I thought I might be useful to compile a list of food and drinks festivals that occur regularly in, and close to, Switzerland.

I am always surprised by the number there actually are, but how few people know about them.

I would suggest that people only include festivals that whose main focus is food/drink (say, beer festivals), and not festivals which only have a food/drink element to them (Xmas markets). To keep this thread useful for several years, the festivals should occur at regular intervals, i.e. not be one-offs. Events should be in Switz or close to the Swiss border. Posters should not have any affiliation with events they post (those belong in the Commercial Event thread)

Here are my suggestions - mostly in the NW of Switz. Please feel free to add your suggestions.

What: Craft Beer Festival
Where: Rapperswil ZH
When: Every September, usually the first week or so.

Basel Craft Beer Festival
Basel
Annually, at the end of August/Beginning of September

Degustha fine food fair
Bartenheim, Alsace
Annually, at the end of August/beginning of September

Tüllingen Wine Festival
Lörrach-Tüllingen, Germany
Annually, around mid-September

Pro Spezies Rara heirloom vegetable market
Lange Erlen Tierpark, Basel
Annually, mid-September

Basel Wine festival
Messe Basel
Annually, late-October/early November

Solothurner Craft Beer Fest
Solothurn SO
Annually, in April

Mondial de la Bière craft beer festival
Mulhouse, Alsace
Used to be annually in September, but they’ve shifted to March for 2016.

@Mods: I hope this is OK in the "Food and Drink" sub-forum. I have no affiliation with any of these events.

DegustHa used to be held in Hagenthal (hence the name), close to Basel, but outgrew the site so has moved to Bartenheim.

But the Hagenthal site is now used by a more local event called AGROGAST which this year was from 21/8/2015 to 24/8/2015
