Hi, Can anyone please tell me where I can purchase Goose Fat. I have tried some of the supermarkets, but without luck. Thanks

If you are in Zürich, Globus and Jelmoli have it, but it is expensive. If you can go to Helvetiaplatz on Friday or Oerlikon on Saturday, there is a meat vendor at the market (called Fiechter) in a red and white truck. They will have goose fat there for less... If you want to make your own, they also sell fresh whole goose and duck...excellent products really!
