More Michelin stars for Switzerland

I see that two more restaurants in Switzerland have received a second star, and as the article goes on to say Switzerland now has the most Michelin stars (100) per capita in Europe. So if a bit of fine dining is on the menu then this is not a bad place to be.

Re: More Michelin stars for Switzerland

I haven't been to any Michelin star restaurants here, but to many others. One thing I can say is that you generally get served the worst food here in Switzerland compared to anywhere else in Europe. Eating out for me means to get something more than ordinary and for that I dish out my 30-40 francs, but my ETH mensa is no better or worse than many high priced restaurants I have been. My final opinion is that for majority of Swiss Germans, food is just fuel ......& taste: what does it exactly mean?
