Sweet Pickles vs. Dill

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know where to find sweet pickles in Zurich? All I can find are Dill and I'm not sure if Sweet are just an American thing...

Thx for the help!

Have you tried Globus (ground floor) in the GlattZentrum they regularly have range of products like like that, I was there the other day and found Scottich made Champagne Marmalade

Re: Sweet Pickles vs. Dill

Commercial post.

Sweet Pickles - I'm guessing that is American for chutney? I have about 20 different chutney's and pickles from Hawkshead Relishes at our shop in Thalwil. They are all natural and seriously tasty. Prices from SFr 8.00 - 12.00 per jar.

Map and opening times are on my web site www.cheeseclub.ch (you can try some cheese for free as well )

Do you mean gherkins or pickles. I always buy them from MIGROS in jars and there are so much variety and they come in different sizes!

I've yet to see sweet pickles here, and sweet pickles are not chutney.

I believe they are the same thing. I don't know all of the British english, but in English Pickles are both a small cucumber and a sliced small cucumber.

Thanks for the tips everyone. I'll keep my eyes open.
