Bubble tea in Geneva?

Does anyone know where I can find a restaurant that serves bubble tea in Geneva?
I am having a weird craving for the lovely tea and tapioca sensation.

Re: Bubble tea in Geneva?

If somebody could please let me know where in Zurich too that would be super cool. In fact any authentic Chinese restaurant recommendations also welcome.

Sorry Ambie26 for hijacking your post but you just reminded me! Answer her first then me if you can.

Ta!

Any news on this? I haven't had luck and find myself having to entertain the thought of buying tapioca pearls from the US or UK just to make some bubble tea!!!!

Re: Bubble tea in Geneva?

I haven't seen bubble tea anywhere in Switzerland before but you can find tapioca pearls in Asian stores and make it yourself. A French friend of mine has resorted to that after being exposed to the wonderful world of boba.

Looks like our prayers have been answered. Sabotai ( http://www.sabotai.ch/ ) will be opening in a few weeks near the Zurich HB.

Re: Bubble tea in Geneva?

There is a restaurant in Paquis (rue de neuchatel) that sells Bubble tea.

Every single time I walk past I want one! I think they are about 6-8chf.

Migros at Limmatplatz in ZH are just about to open a Bubble Tea bar (upstairs by the take away and cafeteria).

Give me Yorkshire Gold though any day.

Re: Bubble tea in Geneva?

Seems like bubble tea is conquering Europe, including Switzerland. Well, the original thread is more than 3 years old, so I hope all those craving for it did make it through this bubbleless desert...

Sabotai, Militärstrasse36, Zürich; www.sabotai.ch
Caf -Bar City-West Vo Tuyet, Laupenstrasse19, Bern; www.bubbletee.ch

It is also sold in restaurants, now.

Re: Bubble tea in Geneva?

I've only ever seen it being sold at fete de Geneve, nowhere else, unfortunately! I really want to try some, as I've never had it before, but my sister said it was great!

There's a bubble tea store in Lausanne right next to the flon train station. You'll see it on the right as you walk up the stares to place saint francois
