A friend just sent me this link, it's a Swiss based on-line food magazine (English and German), contributors come from New York, Toronto and Zurich. It seems pretty funky with some nice recipe ideas and good photography.
I quite like WCYMW (What Can You Make With) section. They have a newsletter but it's not clearly advertised, it's at the bottom of the Contact page.
