Curried Tofu

Ok - so I am a long standing veggie - but not a very healthy one..

At the weekend I spotted in coop some tofu that was curried flavour - i thought that looks interesting, so bought it.

Now last night I looked at it - its basically a large sausage looking thing...and i have no idea how to cook with it? Any suggestions from anyone? Please?

Re: Curried Tofu

Hi there,

I am a hard core veggie and love tofu. Tofu is bland and does not have any taste to it. The best part about tofu is that it absorbs the spices you add. So go ahead and spice it up...Here's a good website for tofu recipes-
