Glutenfrei in Bern

A friend sent this awesome looking recipe for gluten free pizza/flatbread

Where can I find the ingredients in Bern? Especially, GF 100% oat flour and flax seeds? What are flax seeds called again?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Glutenfrei in Bern

sorry, cannot help you with the ingredients, but i thought i would let you know that this place here http://dabucolo.ch/ makes gluten free pizzas. i have not tried them, but their "normal" pizzas are the best in bern, in my opinion

Re: Glutenfrei in Bern

In COOP megastores, you can find a good choice of products gluten free
inlcuding flour to bake PIZZA's or breads. As well you will find also a pre-cooked PIZZA that you just need to put in the oven for few minutes and it is ready to eat.
the brand is Schar http://www.schar.com/us/

Re: Glutenfrei in Bern

Thanks for your replies. I'm told that GF oat flour can't be found in Switzerland, but I'll check Egli. I make a good GF pizza already and am a fan of the Schär products at COOP, but this particular fire baked flatbread looks pretty awesome!
