It looks great. Would you mind sharing a recipe? Is it made of any particular pork cut? I always struggle with choosing what cut I should buy.

My strategy is to look up several recipes on Google and get ideas from each, depending on what I happen to have on hand.

after hearing all our friends and family talk about the yummy girl scout cookies we miss sooooo much, we decided to make our own.
first attempt and we concocted our own do-si-dos, a peanut butter oatmeal cookie with filling... so good.

Hi everyone,
I no longer live in switzerland but with this post being my favourite by far, I thought I would come back and share another of my kitchen creations with you. this is our traditional christmas cake in italy. its called zuccotto. three different types of fillings used for this particular cake. vanilla and candid hazlenuts ricotta, chocolate ricotta and traditional pasticerra pastry cream.
all the best.

I think we need to start making recipes mandatory with the pictures. Pure, tantalizing torture.

Thank you. | | | | | No problem
I used this recipe
But substituted these for the base biscuits. I increased the butter and made a 1.5 ratio of the base and used a larger tin to make a larger cake with less height.

This is a photo of a onion, tomato bread. A basic bread dough, then a cooked onion and I use half a jar of (pomodoro per bruschetta) tomotos in spices, from the denner. Then needed into the dough. Then go crazy with a large knife, cutting through the dough. Cooked in a bread pan 30cm by 10cm. Looks great when cut tasted better.
