Use cream instead of butter in baking a cake. Texture is nicely dense but tender and soft - lovely flavour too! My newest favourite cake recipe: http://www.realbakingwithrose.com/20...e.html#c193793

Week end means pizza in our house, since we have more time to make it.
Here are 2 of the ones we made: pizza with pesto and an italian-swiss hybrid: pizza with roesti and swiss cheese  it's good! Notice the bubbles on the dough

Last week I've been busy making birthday cakes and thoroughly enjoyed it. I made an Angry Birds cake for my son's birthday party 
I also made an ICE train as a favour to one of our neighbours.

Panda bread! I accidentally dropped the loaf pan twice before putting it in the oven, so the panda face got a bit smushed...
