Made beef noodle soup with Kalbsbrust Ragout instead of Rindsragout, and the result was tender and delicious!

How do you make the roast pork? I'm dying for one
Sorry for the late reply. Haven't been on the forum much lately. This is the recipe I used except I adjusted the pepper and five spice powder to suit my taste. Made it twice and it's worked beautifully both times.

Hope it works for you.

I missed chaschuchli so much, I made some. Sadly, gruyere was $50/kilo, so Norwegian Jahrlesberg had to stand in.

Was Adelaide the answer? That's where I was living until a couple of weeks ago. Some 30 degrees warmer than this place... I can get a decent Gruyere at a reasonable price over here in Southampton at least.
I made chaschuechli and rosti with fried eggs on top and forced the kids to eat it. Slowly winning them round.

I don't use oil but it could be from the coconut cream which is oily

No,no....there are no calories in that cake. The chocolate kills them you see ...hence the name

Hi everyone
Yesterday I was up late busy decorating this cake for another fellow EF member. I am so happy with how it turned out that I just had to share it. The cookies were then wrapped as individual favours.
