I have a Schuefli that I bought at Migros. Anyone have ideas on how to cook this?

You must be talking about Schüfeli. It's best cooked together with Sauerkraut and potatoes. If it's packed/sealed in a foil, follow the instructions there on (one calculates about an hour per kilo in boiling water). Sounds easy. It's easy!

This is simply a chunk of ham. You boil it in hot water, then slice it. You can then eat it with whatever you fancy actually. Pasta. Potatoes. Rice. Vegetables.

You should get a lovely mustard and a nice wine to go with it though.

Don't boil it - you'll make it tough.

Normally, you keep it in hot water at about 80'C.

yes, you're absolutely right. as it is cooked already it simply needs warming up.

What about in a pressure cooker ? Maybe BBQ?
