The recent frigid weather in Switzerland created perfect conditions to produce ice wines…a situation which does not occur every year. Swiss wine-makers produce some of the most remarkable ice wines when given the chance…but only with extraordinary dedication to their craft. This year's wines will begin to show up in late 2010 or 2011...just in case you want to remember this cold spell - and taste some excellent wine!
